How to apply for your FUO stranscript
The Students Records Access Management Portal (STRAMP) is a service which affords the students and university’s alumni from inception the opportunity to apply for their transcripts.
How to Apply for Transcript
Log on to the http://transcript.fuotuoke.edu.ng/
Click Apply for Transcript on the home page, and a page to enable you enter your Matriculation number as displayed below.
Type in your matriculation number in the text box provided on the screen and click on the Search button.
A form will be provided on the screen to enable you enter all your academic and personal details. The application form is divided into 5 parts;
- Applicants Information
- Educational Details
- Application Type
- Address (To which your Request is to be sent)
The first part of the application is the applicant’s personal information and academic details.
The next part of the application enables the applicant select the Application Type.
Click on the update button to update your application or the Payment button to proceed to Payment.
Click on PAY USING REMITA to proceed.
Select Payment Type (MasterCard, Bank Branch, Verve Card &Visa) and click on NEXT
Note:You can copy your Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) number and proceed to any of the banks nationwide to make payment using the Remita platform.
You will be redirected to unified payments platform, where you will be required to enter your card details to proceed as shown below.
TRACKING YOUR APPLICATION
- To track your application, log on the website – the http://transcript.fuotuoke.edu.ng/ and click on APPLY FOR TRANSCRIPT.
- Enter your matriculation number in the textbox and click on SEARCH, details of your application(s) will appear.
